Please note that all orders are shipped within 2 business days with USPS. Expected U.S. delivery time is 2-7 business days after your package has been mailed.
Due to hygiene concerns, we currently do not accept size exchanges. Please kindly pay attention to the sizing of your pets.
If the pieces are damaged during shipping, please don't throw away the package and send us an email with photo of the damaged piece and package within 24 hours upon receiving, and we will issue a refund right away.
